Club Information: Who
We Are |
 |
The Johnson Lake Yacht Club is a nonprofit organization based in Central
Nebraska.
Our primary goal of the Johnson Lake Yacht Club is to promote all
forms of the sport of sailing in Central Nebraska.
We are not however, just a
"local" yacht club. We sponsor events as far away as South Dakota and
our members participate in regional events promoted by other sailing clubs.
Our
current members reside in both Kansas and Nebraska including the Lincoln-Omaha
area.
Some of the sailing activities members participate in include; racing,
cruising, and recreational sailing.
We are a family oriented organization, our
activities are designed to include the entire family.
You do not even need to
own a yacht (or any boat for that matter) to join. We encourage all who are interested
in sailing, or recreational boating, to join our club.
We have purposely kept
our dues low, $35 year to encourage membership and participation in our
activities. |
